Teen Goes Missing In Western Mass; Police Ask Public For Tips

A 16-year-old girl in Berkshire County is missing, and police have released her photo in the hopes someone will see her and contact authorities.

Mya Acito, of Pittsfield, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 105 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, Pittsfield police said. She was in pajama bottoms and a white tank top the last time her family saw her.

Pittsfield police believe she is still in the area.

Police ask anyone with information on Acito's disappearance or whereabouts to contact investigators at 413-448-9700.
